In case you received a defective or wrong item, the customer has up to 3 days from date of receipt to request for a refund or exchange, we pay the exchange shipping fees.

A: Yes, we ship every order with their Tracking Number, and you can view the shipment staus on the corresponding website.
Q: Does this product come with retail package?
A: In usual we not ship box together, but please no worry, we will pack the shoes very well, it will not be damaged, thank you!
